For inquiries, we collect the sender's name, email address, inquiry category, subject, and message. Non-identifying device categories and menu usage statistics may also be generated for site operation.

Inquiry information is normally deleted after the response and follow-up discussion are complete. When needed to verify consultation history or address a dispute, it may be retained for up to three years from submission. A different period applies where required by law.
